HEALTHY AND TASTY JUICE RECIPES
REFRESHMENT
– 6 apples (slice big ones into smaller pieces)
– Parsley bunch
– Some mint leaves
REFRESHMENT II
– 6 apples (slice big ones into smaller pieces)
– Parsley bunch
– 2 celery stalks
– One slice of ginger (1 cm thick)
RECIPE:
Extract two or three apples first.
Next, extract the parsley, mint leaves, ginger
and celery.
Finally extract the remaining apples.
VITALITY
– 6 carrots (slice very big ones along and
across, slice the smaller ones along only)
– 4 apples (slice big ones into smaller pieces)
– 2 medium-sized celery stalks
– One slice of ginger (1 cm thick) to taste
RECIPE:
Extract a part of the carrots with the apples,
celery and ginger.
Proceed with the soft and hard products
alternately for better juice extraction perfor-
mance.
Extract the remaining carrots.
You can add some pineapple, beetroots,
oranges, etc. to change
the taste as you like.
CHLOROPHYLL SMOOTHIE
Extract the juice from greens. You can add
variety by using different products every
day, e.g. spinach, various lettuce types, corn
salad, young beet leaves, wheat and barley
grass, parsley, celery, etc. at about one hand-
ful of each product for 2 servings. To extract
the most of juice, feed the leaves one by
one and finish by feeding a harder product

(a chunkof apple/carrot etc.). Pour 500 ml of
water into a blender, add the extracted juice
and some fruits, like bananas, strawberries,
peaches, pears, etc. Blend for several min-
utes. Drink slowly.
CAUTION! The Chlorophyll Smoothie has su-
perior detoxification performance. Just like
beetroot juice, you should drink it slowly and in
300-400 ml servings a day.
CITRUS NECTAR
– ½ large or one whole grapefruit
(peel and split into chunks)
– 3 medium-sized oranges
(peel and split into chunks)
– ½ small lemon or lime fruit
(peel and slice in half)
– Some pineapple to taste
LIVER DETOX
– ½ beetroot
– 5 carrots
– 2 cm chunk of fresh cucumber
– 3 apples
– Small bunch of parsley or lettuce leaves
THE BEAUTIFIER
– 4 oranges
– 5 carrots
– 1 celery stalk
– Small bunch of parsley
– ginger root (ca. 1 cm piece)
SLIMFIT
– 1 grapefruit
– 3 pineapple rings
– 2 oranges
– 2 carrots
– 1 cm ginger root piece
