2. MACHINE DESCRIPTION
2.1. Intended and unintended use
The machine (depending on the type) is designed to cut fresh loaves of bread into slices of various
thicknesses.
The machine is only intended for the applications described in this manual.
2.2. Description of operation
The loaf to be sliced is placed on the infeed table. Depending on the machine, the loaf is sliced
after a combination of levers and buttons are operated. After the loaf has been processed by the
machine, the loaf can be packed on the packing plate.
