8.3.2. Instructions
1. Turn off the machine by removing the plug from the wall socket.
2. Check the tension of the knives. The knives must have the same tension after replacement.
3. Remove the crumb tray.

4. Remove the top cover from the knives on the bread outfeed table. See figure 13.
5. Turn the bolt of the table anticlockwise and tilt the table downwards.
