7.1. Safety instructions

Carefully read the safety instructions in section 3. before using the machine. This will prevent

7.2. Adjusting the position of the upper knife guide
7.2.1. Required tools
• Spanner 10 mm
7.2.2. Instructions
If necessary, adjust the position of the upper knife guide when processing taller or shorter loaves.

1. Turn the bolts of the knife guide anticlockwise or clockwise to adjust the position and angle of
the upper knife guide. See figure 11.
7.3. Slicing the loaf
1. Push the lever of the pusher.
2. Place the loaf in the machine.
ATTENTION
Do not cut hot bread.
3. Press the start button and control the slicing by guiding the lever of the pusher.
