u Fasten the earth terminal to the foundation
earth electrode (e.g. using strip steel).
u Connect the earth terminal to the earthing bolt
on the product with an earthing wire.
Earthing the front panel
An earthing wire for earthing the front panel is
provided in the delivery state.

u Loosen the nut, spring washer and flat washer
from the earthing bolt (2) on the front panel.
u Place the ring cable lug of the earthing wire (1)
on the earthing bolt and secure with the flat
washer, spring washer and nut. Tightening
torque: 6 Nm.

Set the product up for single-phase
operation
The tasks described in this section may only
be carried out by a qualified electrician.
The product is configured for three-phase opera-
tion when delivered.

Phase sequence relay
To operate the product in single-phase, the poten-
tiometer on both sequence relays must be changed
over.

Reconnect the jumpers at the terminals of the
power supply
For single-phase operation of the product, the
jumpers at the terminals of the power supply must
be reconnected .
ATTENTION
Material damage due to incorrectly connected
jumpers
An electrical short-circuit will occur if the jumpers
are configured for single-phase operation and the
product is connected for three-phase operation.
This can cause material damage in the upstream
electrical installation.
u Set the jumpers in accordance with the product
connection.
u Use a slotted screwdriver to remove the jump-
ers (except for the jumper at the N terminals).
u Connect a jumper between terminals L1 and L2.
u Check that the jumper is tightly fitted and can
only be removed by using a tool.
