Restore Parameters: This function allows you to restore the factory settings in the programming and reset the factory
calibration on the measures.

Outputs Visualization: this menu allows to visualize the outputs programming.This feature is useful when there is a
password that blocks the programming of the outputs.
Remember : press Enter button to enter inside the sub-menu, then scroll the display by pressing
parameters. ESC button allows to exit the menu.
Manual Activation: allows to activate and deactivate the relays and mA outputs. Useful as a test of functioning of all the
outputs. Press
to change the status of the outputs and press the Enter key to go on.
PH Security and RX Security: is a control that is activated when
1) the value in minutes set in security is different from 0 minutes
2) Relay 1 or Relay 2 has been programmed as Alarm operation
3) Security is included in the programming of Alarm operation
The 3 points above must all be programmed to activate the alarm Security. If one of the above 3 points is not
programmed, the alarm Security is not active.
Security alarm is a visual alarm that does not block the outputs that are still enabled during this alarm.
The alarm is triggered when, during the time set in Security, the variation of the measure is lower than the following
values:
+ -0.4pH
+ -20mV
+ -0.4ppm
+ -50uS
pH Stability: is a control available only in the V-MS series: pH-RX; PH-CL.
It allows to block the outputs associated to RX or Chlorine measure until the pH measure reaches the setpoint. If this
does not occur within the time set in the pH Stability, on expiry of it , the outputs of RX and Chlorine will be unlocked.
PH PROBE CALIBRATION WITHOUT TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION
THIS KIND OF CALIBRATION IS RECOMMENDED WHEN:
1) YOU DOESN' T NEED A HIGH ACCURACY ADJUSTMENT (HIGHER THAN 0.05pH)
2) THE PT100 TEMPERATURE PROBE IS NOT AVAILABLE
Before starting the calibration, take care to prepare the two buffer solutions for pH calibration:
-1 Solution at pH 7
-1 Solution at pH 9.01 or pH 4.01 or any other solution
Choose temperature in Manual mode at 25 °C in System Utility menu and perform calibration without
changing the temperature of 25 °C given by V-MS on the display.
Dip the pH probe into the buffer solution at pH 7.
Keep pressing Enter button for 3 seconds to
enter in the main Menu. Move the cursor to
Calibration and press Enter to do the Calibration
