Safety
− For persons with irregular or unstable
circulation due to diabetes, liver diseas-
es, arteriosclerosis or other diseases, the
blood pressure levels on the wrist may
differ from the ones on the upper arm.
Nevertheless, monitoring the blood
pressure development on the arm or
wrist is helpful and important.
− People with vascular constrictions,
liver diseases or diabetes, people with
pacemakers or weak pulse as well as
pregnant women should consult their
physician before measuring their blood
pressure themselves. Different levels
may be produced due to their condition.
− Persons suffering from arrhythmia like
atrial or ventricular premature heart
beats or atrial fibrillation may only use
this blood pressure monitor after con-
sultation with their physician. The os-
cillometric measurement method can
lead to incorrect measurements under
certain circumstances.
