Safety
− Only use enclosed or original replace-
ment cuffs to ensure that the measure-
ments are correct.
− Do not start the measurement process
until the cuff has been fitted.
− Do not immerse the blood pressure
monitor in water and do not rinse it off
under running water.
− Protect the cuff and its hose from sharp
and pointed objects.
− Do not kink the cuff hose.
− Do not place any heavy objects or ob-
jects with sharp edges on the blood
pressure monitor, the cuff or cuff hose.
− Do not use the blood pressure monitor
at the same time as other medical and
electrical devices of any kind.
− Do not use the blood pressure monitor
while showering, swimming, visiting the
sauna, bathing or when located in an
environment with a high degree of air
humidity.
