Lighting
IMPORTANT:Before use, perform a
cooking cycle without food at a temperature
between 150-160°C.
Operate the appliance's master switch to

connect it to the electrical mains.
Turn the knob

temperature required to turn on the heating
elements.
– The mains light (C) comes on.
– The temperature light (D) comes on. The tem-
perature light (D) comes on to indicate that the
oil is not at the working temperature. The light
goes out when the temperature is reached.
Turning off
Turn the knob (A) anti-clockwise (pos. 2) to

turn off the heating elements. The mains
light (C) goes off .
Turn off the appliance's circuit breaker to dis-

connect it from the electrical mains.
IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, al-
low the appliance to cool for 10 to 15 min.,
so that the oil reaches a temperature be-
tween 50 and 120.
Open the hatch (A).

Fit the extension (B) onto the tap (C).

Place the container (D) and the fi lter (E), both

available as optionals, underneath the exten-
sion (B).
Turn on the tap (C) to empty the well.

Turn off the tap (C) completion of the opera-

tion.
Close the hatch (A).

ATTENTION: Do not dump oil in the
environment; dispose of it in accordance
with the laws in force in the country of use.
