SERVICING
If the safety thermostat is tripped, the appli-
ance has to be restored to the initial working
conditions as follows.
Allow the oil to cool to 30-40°C.

Open the hatch (A).

Press the button (B) of the safety thermostat

tripped to restore the electricity supply.
Close the hatch (A).
4)
If the appliance is to be out of use for a lengthy
period, proceed as follows.
Cut off the mains electricity supply using the

appliance's master switch.
Clean the appliance and the surrounding ar-

eas thoroughly.

Keep the appliance at peak effi ciency by car-
rying out the scheduled servicing procedures
recommended by the Manufacturer. Proper
servicing will ensure the best performance, a
longer working life and constant maintenance
of safety requirements.
WARNING: Before carrying out any
servicing procedure, activate all the safety
devices provided and decide whether staff
at work and those in the vicinity should be
informed.
More specifi cally, turn off the power sup-
ply by operating the switch-disconnector
and prevent access to all devices that might
cause unexpected danger and damage to
people's health and safety if activated.

Spread a fi lm of edible oil over the stainless

steel surfaces.
Carry out all the servicing procedures.

Leave the appliance uncovered and the

cooking chambers open.
Also make sure that, during the servicing
procedure, the operator is always able to
check whether the plug is disconnected
from the power outlet.
At the end of each session of use and whene-
ver necessary, clean:
– The well (see page 21).
– The accessories (see page 21).
– The appliance and the surrounding envi-
ronment (see page 20).
Every 1250 working hours have skilled, au-
thorised personnel carry out the following ope-
rations:
– Check that the safety thermostat is working
correctly.
– check that the electrical system is in good
working order.
