Quien se deshaga de la máquina de forma ilegal o como
residuo doméstico, estará sujeto a las sanciones previstas
por la legislación nacional vigente.
Según lo previsto por las normas nacionales vigentes, la má-
quina no puede ser eliminada como residuo urbano. Por lo
tanto, al final de su ciclo de vida, después de haber realiza-
do las operaciones necesarias para una correcta gestión, el
aparato tiene que ser entregado a una de las instalaciones
de recogida selectiva para los residuos de aparatos eléctri-
cos y electrónicos procedentes de hogares particulares.
Las instalaciones de recogida del municipio donde se vive,
deben garantizar la funcionalidad, la accesibilidad y la ade-
cuación de los sistemas de recogida selectiva, de manera
que los propietarios de la máquina y los distribuidores pue-
dan entregar gratuitamente en la instalación de recogida,
los residuos producidos en su territorio.

Anyone found disposing of the machine illegally or as do-
mestic waste will be subject to the penalties provided for by
current national legislation.

delivered to one of the selective collection facilities for waste
electrical and electronic equipment from private homes.

lity of their selective collection systems so that the owners
of the machine and the distributors may deliver any waste
produced within its territory to the collection facility for free.
