Para ajustar los útiles de la máquina ir al capítulo 5.3 de este
manual, se explica paso a paso como ajustar las diferentes
mordazas de la Multicode NXT.
12.4.4 Diagnóstico
En la pantalla de diagnóstico se pueden accionar distintas
funciones de la máquina para identificar posibles problemas
en la mecánica de ésta. Cada uno de los accionadores ayu-
da a comprobar los motores y movimientos de la máquina
tal y como indican. De especial interés son los botones Pau-
sa, Continuar y Stop que se activan en base al proceso que
esté ejecutando la máquina en el momento.
Pantalla de diagnóstico y funciones.
1.- Movimiento continuo. Esta función mueve los tres ejes.
2.- Reset de Valores Fábrica. Resetea todo los valores de
fábrica. Esta opción está protegida con password y es reco-
mendable hacerlo con ayuda del servicio técnico de JMA.
3.- Motor V. Pone en marcha el giro del eje vertical (llaves
puntos y regata).
4.- Motor H. Pone en marcha el giro del eje horizontal (llaves
de serreta).
5.- Avanzar eje X, el eje X avanza un tramo.
6.- Retroceder el motor X, retrocede un tramo.
7.- Avanzar eje Y, el eje Y avanza un tramo.
8.- Retroceder el motor Y, retrocede un tramo.
9.- Retroceder eje X e Y conjuntamente a origen
10.- Avanzar eje Z, el eje Z avanza un tramo.
11.- Retroceder el motor Z
12.- Mandar eje Z a origen.

12.4.4
Diagnostics
From the diagnostics screen, you can enable or disable
various machine functions in order to identify possible
mechanical problems. Each one of the toggle switches helps
to check the motors and movements of the machine as
indicated. Especially important are the Pause, Continue and
Stop buttons that are enabled or disabled according to the
process that the machine is executing at the time.
Diagnostics and functions screen.
1. Continuous motion. This function moves the three axes.
2. Reset to factory settings. This resets all settings to their
factory default. This option is password protected and we
recommend only doing this with assistance from the JMA
Technical Service.
3. Vertical motor. Starts rotating the vertical axis (dimple and
sidewinder keys).
4. Horizontal motor. Starts rotating the horizontal axis (cylin-
der keys).
5. X axis forward. This moves the X axis forward a unit.
6. X axis back. This moves it back a unit.
7. Y axis forward. This moves the Y axis forward a unit.
8. Y axis back. This moves it back a unit.
9. Return home X and Y axes.
10. Z axis forward. This moves the Z axis forward a unit.
11. Z axis back.
12. Return home Z axis.
