11. WARRANTY
This statement is applied to new material handling equipment supplied by the manufacturer.
This statement is defined to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction in the event of failure of such
equipment.
Applicable Model
This warranty is applied to hand pallet trucks include DFE, PWH, BF, AC, WH-20G/S, HLD/S series
etc.
Warranty Period
The warranty period commences since the date of B/L.
-1 year warranty on frame, pump. handle;
-1 year warranty for wearing parts, inclue shaft, wheel forks, wheels, bearing, seals etc.. not in-
clude normal wear and tear.
Exclusions
1. In no event shall the manufacturer or its Dealer be liable for loss of time, inconvenience, loss
of use of the equipment, damage to person or property or any other incidental or consequential
damage or expenses, however caused.
2. This warranty shall not apply if the manufacturer's sole judgement the machine was not de-
fective, or if any defect was caused by accident, misuse, negligence, overloading, improper re-
pair, non-original manufacturer parts used, or installation by a person other than the manufac-
turer or its authorized agents, unsuitable storage, lack of routine or periodical maintenance as
recommended by the manufacturer or authorized alteration or modific tion of the machine.
3. This warranty does not apply to repairs effected by organizations other than the manufactu-
rer & its authorized agents.
4. This warranty does not cover normal maintenance services & parts or supplies used thereon,
including but without limitations brakes, adjustments, lubrication services, tightening nuts,
bolts, screws & fasteners, replacement of fuses, bulbs, belts, fil ers, contact tips, carbon motor
brushes, switches tyres, tune up parts, fluid , lubricants which are part of the required and re-
commended period maintenance services by Dealers.
5. This warranty does not apply to wear or deterioration of painted or plated surfaces caused by
exposure or use.
6. This warranty does not cover the replacement of expendable wear items when the replace-
ment is not due to a defect in material or workmanship.
7. Except as specifically set our herein, any term, representation condition or warranty bin res-
pect of the quality, condition or description of each new machine whether implied by common
law, trade usage, customs or otherwise, is hereby expressly excluded.
8. Warranty claims submitted by dealers will only be settled after receipt to the manufacturer of
any defective parts.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in design and improvements without
incurring obligation to incorporate same in equipment that has already been delivered to the
purchaser.
Machine with known malfunctions or defects must be immediately removed from service
