Unloading/unpacking instructions
DANGER
Risk of injury, risk of damage
The vehicle is not approved for crane loading.
Do not use a forklift to unload/load the vehicle.
The packaging material (plastic bags, polystyrene, etc.) is a po-
tential source of danger and must be kept out of the reach of chil-
dren.
Unpack the device carefully and do not use any tools that could
damage the device. After unpacking, check that the device is
complete and in working order. If not, contact Customer Service
General safety instructions
● Check that the vehicle and work equipment is safe and work-
ing correctly prior to each use. If it is not in perfect condition, it
must not be used.
● When using the vehicle in hazard zones (e.g. service stations),
adhere to the respective safety instructions. Operation in po-
tentially explosive areas is prohibited.
● To prevent unintentional start-up, turn the key switch to the "0"
position and remove the key.
● The ignition key of the vehicle may be made available only to
trained operating, cleaning or maintenance staff.
Workwear
● Always wear suitable gloves when carrying out work on the ve-
hicle.
● The operator must wear close-fitting clothing and safety
shoes.
● Wear suitable headgear to ensure braids or long hair cannot
be caught by rotating parts.
● Do not wear jewellery, rings or similar items at work.
● When handling detergents, follow the detergent manufactur-
er's instructions on the container and the safety data sheet and
wear suitable protective clothing.
Safety instructions for operation
● Protection and safety devices must not be changed or disa-
bled!
● The operator must use the vehicle as intended. Take into ac-
count the local conditions and beware of third parties, in par-
ticular children, when working with the vehicle.
● Before starting work, the operator must ensure that the safety
devices have been attached properly and are fully functional.
● The vehicle operator is responsible for accidents with other
people and their property.
● The operator must wear close-fitting clothing. Wear sturdy
shoes and avoid loose-fitting clothing.
● Check the immediate vicinity before setting off (e.g. children).
Make sure you have a good view!
● Never leave the device unattended while the device is
switched on. The operator may only leave the vehicle when
the key (Intelligent Key) has been removed and the device is
secured against unintentional movement.
● Remove the ignition key to prevent unauthorised use of the ve-
hicle.
● The vehicle must only be operated by persons who have been
instructed with regard to its use, or those who have demon-
strated their ability to operate it and have been expressly au-
thorised to do so.
● The vehicle is not intended for use by persons (including chil-
dren) with restricted physical, sensory or mental abilities or
those lacking in experience and/or lacking in knowledge.
● Children must be supervised to prevent them from playing with
the vehicle.
Safety instructions for driving
DANGER
Risk of tipping over!
Only drive in the direction of travel, uphill and downhill gradients
up to 12%.
Drive slowly in bends.
Risk of tipping on unstable surfaces.
Risk of tipping over if sideways inclination is too great.
Risk of skidding on wet floors.
DANGER
Risk of injury to persons in the vicinity!
Always make sure the flashing beacon is on when a side brush
or scrubbing deck is switched on.
WARNING
Risk of injury!
Do not use the vehicle without the overhead guard (FOPS) when
working in areas where it is likely that the operator may be struck
by a falling object.
Basic safety instructions for driving operation
● The regulations, rules and ordinances that apply to motor ve-
hicles must always be observed.
● The vehicle must not be operated by children or adolescents.
● The safety check in the "Initial startup" chapter must be carried
out before each use.
● The vehicle may only be set in motion from the seat.
● Do not clean without brushes, sealing lips or suction lips in
place.
● In the event of malfunctions in the brake system, turn off the
vehicle and contact Customer Service.
Safety instructions for transporting the vehicle
● Note the weight of the vehicle during transport.
● To transport the vehicle, unplug the battery and securely fas-
ten the device.

Safety instructions for care and maintenance
WARNING
Risk of injury!
Before carrying out any work on or around the raised waste con-
tainer, insert the safety supports.
Disconnect the vehicle completely from the battery supply during
all maintenance and servicing work and when replacing parts or
converting to another function.
Adhere to the safety inspection according to the applicable local
regulations for mobile commercial vehicles.
Repairs may only be carried out by authorised customer service
centres or by qualified staff in this field who are familiar with all
relevant safety instructions.
The vehicle must not be cleaned with a hose or high-pressure
water jet (risk of short circuits or other damage).
