Sweeping
ATTENTION
Risk of damage!
Do not sweep in packing tape, wires or similar items, as this can
lead to blockage of the suction channel.
Note
Adjust the travel speed to the circumstances in order to achieve
optimum cleaning results.
The waste container must be emptied at regular intervals during
operation
Sweeping operation
Ensure that the flap of the waste container is open.
1. Switch on the hydraulics.
2. Open the flap of the waste container, see chapter "Opening/
closing the flap of the waste container".
3. Set the cleaning mode function switch to "Sweeping". Side
brush lowers, suction turbine is switched on.
4. If necessary, adjust the brush contact pressure, see chapter
"Adjusting the brush contact pressure".
5. Select the performance class (ECO or normal mode).
6. Release the parking brake.
7. Start sweeping.
8. As needed: Dedust the dust filter.
Finishing sweeping
1. Stop the vehicle.
2. Turn the cleaning mode function switch to "Off" (centre posi-
tion).
The brushes lift up.
3. Raise the side brushes.
4. Switch off the suction fan.
5. Clean the dust filter with the filter cleaner switch. (See chapter
"Cleaning | Cleaning the dust filter")
6. Empty the waste container. (See chapter "Sweeping")
Note
Clean the device and waste container daily after work. (See
chapter "Cleaning")
7. Pull the key.
Emptying the waste container
The high dumping system on the vehicle allows the waste to be
directly emptied into a waste container (see chapter "Technical
data" for maximum discharge height).
Note
Remain seated during the entire emptying process (do not stand
up from the driver's seat), otherwise the seat contact switch may
switch off the device during the emptying process.

WARNING
Risk of injury!
Make sure that no persons or animals are located nearby during
the entire emptying process (waste container swivels out).
WARNING
Risk of crushing!
Never reach into the linkage of the emptying mechanism.
Do not stand under the raised container.
ATTENTION
Risk of tipping over!
Park the vehicle on a level surface during the emptying process.
Do not drive long distances with the waste container raised, drive
slowly!
1. Drive the device to the disposal site.
2. Switch on the hydraulics.
3. Open the waste container flap.

5. Drive slowly over the collection container with a raised waste
container.
6. Open the flap and empty the waste container.
Note
The container can only be tipped out once a certain minimum
height has been reached.
1. Park the device on a level surface.
2. Park the device in a protected and dry place.
3. Apply the parking brake.
4. Turn the ignition key to "0" and remove the key.
5. Disconnect the battery plug and charge the battery when the
vehicle is parked at the end of work.

"Storage / Decommissioning".

ATTENTION
Risk of damage!
The device is not approved for crane loading.
Do not use a forklift truck as this may damage the device.
WARNING
Risk of accident, risk of injury!
When loading the device, the drive and parking brake must be
ready for operation. The device must always be moved with its
own drive on inclines or slopes.
WARNING
Risk of injury, risk of damage
Drive the vehicle onto the transport vehicle at a slow speed.
If the vehicle is not roadworthy, observe the chapter "Towing the
vehicle".
Note the weight of the device when loading!
