Replacing the side brush
CAUTION
Risk of injury
To avoid injury and health risks, wear personal protective equip-
ment such as protective gloves and respiratory protection when
carrying out this work if dust has been swept with the vehicle.

1. Release the four screws and remove the side brushes.
2. Insert the new side brush and fasten it with four screws.
Converting the side deck
1. The conversion to a side scrubbing deck or side brush deck
must be carried out by Customer Service; after the conversion,
the sweeping area and cleaning parameters must be readjust-
ed.
CAUTION
Risk of injury!
Remove the key before cleaning and maintenance work!
Park the vehicle on a level surface.
Turn the ignition key to position "0" and remove it.
Apply the parking brake.

1. Open the screw and tilt the suction fan cover backwards.

2. Unscrew the four nuts.
3. Remove the filter cleaning rail.
4. Remove five dust filters and five sealing rings.
5. Clean the dust filter with compressed air from the outside to
the inside.
6. When installing, ensure that all sealing rings are correctly
seated in the guides.

The flat fold filter has the task of protecting the wet cleaning suc-
tion fan.
● Remove and clean the flat fold filter as needed.
● Replace the flat fold filter after 100 operating hours.
1. Open the lock and fastening strap.
2. Remove the cover.
3. Remove the flat fold filter.
4. Clean under running water with a soft brush, allow to dry thor-
oughly before fitting.
Do not use scrapers or other sharp-edged tools, otherwise the
flat fold filter will be irreparably damaged.
5. When installing, ensure that the flat fold filter sits correctly in
the guide.
