3.3 Navigation and main menu
The user interface is navigated by the 4 face buttons:

Confirmation
Confirms the current highlighted selection.
Navigation
Change the current selection
(left/right or up/down).
Home
Shortcut back to the main menu. Also turns the
device on/off when held for 3 seconds.
