OPERATIONAL INSTRUCTIONS
PROGRAM 1 – 10 MIN. TRAINING
If P1 is selected, the TIME window (WINDOW 2) displays "10:00" minutes and the
HEART RATE window (WINDOW 4) displays P1. The other windows remain off. Press
START/ENTER (KEY 10) to start the program. Press the LOAD + / - buttons (KEY 15 and
16) to adjust the exercise load.
PROGRAM 2 - 30 MIN. TRAINING
If P2 is selected, the TIME window (WINDOW 2) displays "30:00" minutes and the
HEART RATE window (WINDOW 4) displays P2. The other windows remain off. Press
START/ENTER (KEY 10) to start the program. Press the LOAD+/ - buttons (KEY 15 and
16) to adjust the exercise load.
PROGRAM 3 - TIME ADJUSTMENT
If P3 is selected, the TIME window displays "20:00" minutes and the HEART RATE
window displays P3. The other windows remain off.Press
or
to set the desired
exercise time. Press START / ENTER to save the desired time and to start the program.
Select the load to obtain the required resistance. The TIME window counts down from
the desired time to zero.
PROGRAM 4 - DISTANCE ADJUSTMENT
If P4 is selected, the DISTANCE window displays "1.00" km and the HEART RATE window
displays P4. The other windows remain off.Press
or
to set the desired distance. The
increase or decrease in distance is 0.5 km. Press START / ENTER to save the desired
distance and start the program.Turn the LOAD SELECTOR to obtain the required
resistance. DISTANCE counts down from the desired distance to zero.
PROGRAM 5 - CALORIE ADJUSTMENT
If P5 is selected, the CALORIES window displays "100" and the HEART RATE window
displays P5. The other windows remain off.Press
or
to set the desired calorie burn.
Press START / ENTER to save the desired calorie burn and start the program. Select the
load to obtain the required resistance. The CALORIES counter counts down from the
desired calorie burn to zero.
PROGRAM 6 - WATTS Adjustment
If P6 is selected, the WATTS window shows "50" as the target in preset training WATTS
and the HEART RATE window (WINDOW 4) displays P6. The other windows remain
off.Press the

buttons (BUTTON 8 and 9) to set the training watts target. Press
START / ENTER (KEY 10) to save the Watts target and select the next parameter.
