5.2 Control elements
The following controls and connections are found on the front side of the MiniFil
device:

I / 0 / Auto button (pos. 1)
This button is used for a selection of the device operating mode.
Pos. I:
Pos. 0:
Pos. Auto: Green button LED is blinking and the device is ready for operation.

RPM controller (pos. 2)
By turning the controller in the clockwise direction, the turbine speed is
increased.

Service socket (pos. 3)
Connection for KEMPER service. Using this interface, KEMPER service can
make adjustments of the device.

LED indicator lamp (pos. 4)
Yellow warning light indicates a device failure. These faults are visually
represented by different flashing codes.
The LED indicator lamp flashes 1 time shortly in succession at regular
intervals:
- the equipment shall undergo regular service, please inform KEMPER
service.
The LED indicator lamp flashes 2 times shortly in succession at regular
intervals:
- Exhaust power is too low. Check the exhaust nozzle and exhaust hose
for clogging/bending, or change the main filter and particle filter.
The LED indicator lamp flashes 3 times shortly in succession at regular
intervals:
- The temperature in the MiniFil device turbine box is too high, inform
the KEMPER service.
Green button LED is lit and the device is running continuously, so
called manual operating mode.
The device is off.
Once the sensor (Fig. 4) in the grounding cable detects a current,
the device is started and stops only at the end of the welding
process and short shut down time.
