Failure
All fumes cannot be
collected.
The green signal
LED is off.
Dust leak on the
clean air side.
The device cannot
be started.

Possible cause
The distance of the exhaust nozzle from the
welding point is too large.
The clean air vent is covered.
Filter cartridges are clogged.
Filter cartridges are damaged.
No voltage.
The Start/Stop sensor is connected, however, it
does not recognize the current (no welding
under process yet)
The welding current is not recognized
(direct current).

Corrective actions
Slide the exhaust nozzle
closer.
Uncover the clean air vent.
Replace filter cartridges.
Replace filter cartridges.
Call an electrician.
Start the welding process.
Install the multi-point
grounding cable.
