Sealing Only. No preservation effect
To be used to:
• Close bags.
Preservation:
To be used to:
• Preserve raw or cooked, solid or liquid products not
susceptible to crushing.

Cooking:
To be used to:
• Package products to be cooked, in bags suitable for
cooking, using the Sous Vide technique.
External Bag Vacuum.
To be used to:
• Package solid products too big for the vacuum
chamber, in embossed vacuum bags
Press
to set the desired sealing level.
MIN: for preservation only bags.
Thickness < 70µ.

MED: for vacuum bags with thickness up to 95µ.
MAX: for vacuum bags with thickness greater than
95µ up to 150µ and non-gusseted aluminium vacuum
bags.

Press the lid lightly to start the vacuum.

The cycle ends with bag sealing and the re-entry of air into the vacuum chamber.

Open the lid and remove the bag.
