To configure X-zone Com, you need the Manager Software, which installs as described in Chapter
4.1.

ESTABLISHING PC-CONNECTION

X-zone Com connects either via wireless Bluetooth or via a cable to PCs.

5.1.1 Bluetooth connection

The following describes how to establish a Bluetooth connection using Windows 7.
Depending on the operating system, the procedure may differ slightly.
Ensure that the Bluetooth module on your PC is enabled. In most cases this is

done by pressing the blue marked function keys [FN]+[Bluetooth symbol].
Check that X-zone Com is in operation with a fully charged battery.

Once the Bluetooth module is active, right-click on the Bluetooth symbol
and select [Add device].

Now select the device and click [Continue]. If you are connecting to X-zone Com for the first time,
please confirm the connection pin displayed (applies for MS Windows 7). Clicking [Continue] adds X-
zone Com to the Bluetooth network devices of the PC used.
