PERFORMING A FUNCTION TEST

The function test allows you to test the incoming and outgoing transmission, the functional capacity of
X-zone Com, as well as GSM and GPS reception. In addition, the system begins immediately to de-
termine the position coordinates.
The function text starts when you press the right control button
The following actions take place:
GPS enables, coordinates and time are ascertained.

Modem logs into wireless network, APN connection established, IP address con-

veyed/ascertained.
Sending of e-mail to registered addressee with all available, previously unsent data

Transmitting of all unsent data to Mcloud, provided the Mcloud function is enabled

Sending of a text message to every telephone number you entered in the system, provided

you specified at least one alarm situation as a qualifier for the transmitting of a message
Status information will appear in the display (text message, e-mail and cloud, position). As long as an
action has not been completed, the symbol will continue to blink.
Errors that occur will appear in the right portion of the display, indicated by their respective symbol. For
further information about errors, refer to the "State" tab in the Manager Software (Ch. 5.4.6).
You can return to the status viewer by pressing on the left button.

If text messages and email have successfully transmitted, the display
on the left will appear.
NOTE
During the function test, X-zone Com's left button has limited
functionality, allowing you to turn off the device only.
