7.2 CIRCULATORS ACTIVATION
Circulator on HP (PUMP 1)
Enabling Pump1 consents compressor start.
The PUMP1 is activated automatically by the USER INTERFACE in the
following cases:
1) Request DHW
2) Request KCTR (if installed) to room temperature not satisfied.
In step by ACS in climatization and vice versa is provided a delay time on
the departure of Pump1 (parameter 130) to allow opening / closing of the
3-way valve.
You can also activate the pump 1 via external commands (eg thermo-
stats) in the following two ways:
Pump 1 can also be activated by means of external controls (e.g. room
thermostats), in the following two modes:
By closing the circuit of "Pump 1" contact (clamps L
and K of TERMINAL BLOCK)
2. By bringing "L" 230 V phase to connector J of
TERMINAL
and simultaneously the pump P2 (via the
terminal I)
Note:
If Pump1 is activated by the external commands, it will remain active even
if the unit is turned off via the "Remote On/Off" external contact
Pump 2 (system):
The PUMP2 should only be used in systems with circuit "HIGH" tempera-
ture (fan coils) and "LOW" temperature (radiant).
In the case of call in the area radiating through the J input is commanded
the machine to activate the pump P2 connected to the output I, the unit
simultaneously activates the pump P1.
For the use of systems with circuit "HIGH" temperature (fan coils) and
"LOW" temperature (radiant), contact an authorized service center.

7.3 COOLING/HEATING OPERATION MODE
There are three ways of changing the HP operation MODE: depending
on setting of parameter 101, inside the HP label menu:
- 101=0: Change through USER INTERFACE (and KCTR if installed)
- 101=1: Change through external contact "Remote Cool/Heat", heating
mode = open contact
- 101=1: Change through external contact "Remote Cool/Heat", heating
mode = closed contact (default value)
MODE change through external contact "Remote Cool/Heat"
(clamps 11- 12 of TERMINAL BLOCK) Par = 1 or 2
Default setting: Par 101=2
MODE change through USER INTERFACE. The operation
mode is inverted by keeping the Esc key pressed.
MODE change through KCTR The operation mode is inverted by
keeping the Esc key pressed.
