Insert material to be cut (product) HS-Slide
• Hold the last slice device on the handle and pull it away from the blade up to end stop. (1)
• Swivel up the last slice device by 90° up to end stop. (2)
• Push the last slice device into the direction of the blade up to end stop.
• Now secure the last slice device against falling down. (3)
• Halve the product and cut it with a blade to required angle.

• Swivel the last slice device downwards and position it behind the product. (5)

Use (blue) screw lock while unscrewing!

Adjustment of LS-Slide
• Hold the handle of the blank holder and push it upwards, until it is unlocked. (1)
• Swivel the blank holder up towards the end stop by 90°. (2)
• Push the blank holder onto the bolt and thereby secure it against falling down. (3)
• Insert frozen product and secure against displacement by means of product strip.
• Swivel blank holder downwards and lock it.
