7.3.2 Cleaning EA
The slide can be removed for cleaning see chapter 7.2.
• Swivel the clamping arm upwards. (1)
• Pull the supply slide up to the stop away from the blade to right side.
• By loosening both screws (2) the last slice device can be removed.
• Pull the supply slide completely to the right and swivel it upwards. (3)

CAUTION!
In the area of the clamping arm and the supply slide there is a
risk of injury by the spikes.
CAUTION!
Danger of crushing during swiveling the arm up and down.
CAUTION! Danger of injury !
Fold the supply slide down while cleaning

• Clean according to chapter 7.1.0
