Prepare machine
The blade sharpener must only be used for this machine.
Clean the blade of the cold-meat slicer before start of the grinding process
carefully from grease and cutting remainders (chapter 7), because otherwise the
grinding stones will clog and affect the sharpening.
ATTENTION!
For sharpening swivel the clamping arm of the EA-slide completely down and pull it
away from the blade.
ATTENTION!
Swivel the HS-/LS-slide Master completely down for sharpening.
