Reinigung Metzgerschnitteinsatz

For cleaning, remove the butcher's cutting insert. Use a dish-washing brush for cleaning in a washbasin
as described in chapter 7.1.0

Assembly after cleaning

• Put on the blade cover plate and screw the knob on the motor body into the blade cover plate.
• Put in the last slice clamp plate into the last slice clamp.
• Insert the slide into the slide foot.
• Press the slide downwards with both hands.
• Tighten the knob on the base of the table.
• Insert he blade scraper from above into the dovetail guide and press it down carefully.

Turn off the machine before the maintenance.
Important!
Use only oils for lubrication which we released.
Lubricate the following positions with the Graef-Service-oil-H1 with 1 to 2 drips acc. to requirement, but
at least once a week.
Apply oil according to demand:
