axis while maintaining a horizontal proximal joint section (see diagram).

Dynamic Foot
A favourable complement to this knee joint is the 1D10/1D11Dynamic Foot. Depending on
the foot size, place the mid-foot 0-20 mm anterior to the weight-bearing line. The 1A30
Greissinger Plus Foot may be used to achieve a softer heel strike. More active patients may
use the 1D25 Dynamic Plus Foot or the 1C40 C-Walk Foot. Connection to the prosthetic foot
is provided by the tube adapter in the known modular technique.
The tube adapter is supplied as a module with excess length and must be shortened
according to the leg measurements. Do not clamp the tube into a vise! Cut the tube using
719R2 Tube Cutter placed at a right angle to the tube axis. The tube must be carefully
deburred inside and outside using the 718R1 Tube Inside and Outside Reamer. Insert the
tube until it is fully seated inside the integrated tube clamp.
Using the 710D1 Torque Wrench, tighten the cap screw.
Torque moment: 10 Nm (7.4 lb.ft., 88.5 lb.in)
Note
For trial fitting: Tighten the 506G3 Set Screws of the tube adapter, which are side-by-side, to
a torque of 10 Nm (7.4 ft./lb. or 88 in./lb.) using the 710D4 Torque Wrench.
To finish the prosthesis: Apply 636K13 Loctite to the set screws, pre-tighten the side-by-side
set screws to a torque of 10 Nm, then tighten all four set screws to a torque of 15 Nm (11.1 ft./
lb. or 133 in./lb.) (using the 710D4 Torque Wrench).

4.1 Before Trial Fitting
Before glueing the correctly adapted lamination anchor to the socket, prepare the lamination
anchor by filling the coupling opening with 636K6 Plastilin.
Clamp the functional and structural parts into the alignment apparatus according to the
alignment recommendations. Mix putty of 617H21 Orthocryl
