Improper use of the paint spray gun can lead to loss of explosion protec-
tion.
→ Do not use paint spray gun in explosive atmospheres classified as Ex
Zone 0.
→ Do not use any solvents or cleaning agents with an homogenized
hydrocarbon base.
The paint spray gun is approved for use / storage in potentially explosive
atmospheres classified as Ex Zone 1 and 2.

2.4. Safety Instructions
■ Before use, always check the paint spray gun for proper function and
for any leaks.
■ Never point the paint spray gun at animals (including humans).
■ Never use the paint spray gun if damaged or if parts are missing.
■ In the event of damage, immediately discontinue use of paint spray gun
and disconnect from compressed air circuit and material supply.
■ Observe safety precautions.
■ Observe accident prevention regulations BGR 500.
3. Intended Use
The paint spray gun is intended for the application of paint and varnish as
well as other suitable, fluid materials on suitable substrates using airless
paint-spray technology.
4. Description
The paint spray gun consists of the following main components:
■ Air nozzle (position infinitely adjustable) [1-13]
■ Material nozzle, located in air nozzle (material nozzle not included)
[1-13].
■ Trigger with lock [1-6]
■ Gun body [1-7]
■ Nozzle head with material intake tube [1-11]
