8.1. Inserting the material nozzle
Information!
The selected material nozzle (not included) must be inserted into the air
nozzle of the paint spray gun before using for the first time.
■ Unscrew air nozzle ring with contact guard [3-1] by hand and remove
together with air nozzle [3-2].
■ Insert material nozzle [3-3] into air nozzle. Pay attention to alignment of
groove to locating pin.
■ Attach air nozzle ring with contact guard together with air nozzle and
material nozzle and screw on by hand.
8.2. Installing the inversion nozzle with toggle handle
■ Unscrew air nozzle ring with contact guard [4-1] by hand and remove
together with air nozzle [4-3].
■ Insert gasket unit [4-4] into correct position in air nozzle.
■ Insert inversion nozzle with toggle handle [4-2] into air nozzle.
■ Attach air nozzle ring with contact guard together with air nozzle, mate-
rial nozzle and gasket unit and screw on by hand. Check the position of
the inversion nozzle with toggle handle to the gasket unit when screw-
ing it on.
9. Operation
Notice!
Damage due to loose screws
Loose screws can lead to part damage or malfunction.
→ Tighten all screws by hand and check for tightness.

9.1. Initial Operation

The paint spray gun comes preassembled. The selected material nozzle
must be installed (see Chap. 8.1 or 8.2).
After unpacking check whether:
■ Paint spray gun damaged.
■ complete delivery of all listed parts (see Chap. 5).
