Replacing the Cutter

To replace the cutter, refer to Figure O and follow these steps:
1. Turn the power switch off and unplug the power cord.
2. Remove the water bottle.
3. Unhook the water regulator from the left sideplate.
4. Remove the brush tank, leaving the water hose and water regulator
Set the brush tank, the water hose and regulator to the side.
Caution! The water in the tank and the exposed brush tank post may be hot.
5. Remove the cutter by removing the two mounting screws from the top of the
stationary cutter blade as shown in Figure O.
Note: Do not change the tension on the pivot spring.
6. Attach the new cutter to the unit by reattaching the two mounting screws.
7. Replace the brush tank assembly and the water bottle.
8. Plug in the power cord and turn the power on.
