MAINTENANCE
WARNING
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for
claims resulting from the use of non-original
spare parts or accessories.
WARNING
Unplug the machine from the socket and make
sure that all moving parts have been locked
before making any adjustments or maintenance
work.
WARNING
Do not remove or modify any part of this ma-
chine (except for assistance).
WARNING
Before removing unions or pipes, make sure that
the fluids are not pressurised. If pressurised oil
escapes, it can cause serious injury.
CAUTION
Keep the working area clean.
Never use compressed air or water jets to re-
move dirt or residues from the machine.
When cleaning, take care not to create and
raise dust as far as possible.
To make your machine last longer and perform
better, it is recommended to:
- clean the turntable and the guide pins once a
week with environmentally friendly solvents;
- grease (Fig. 46 a-b-c-d-e) all the machine's
moving parts at least once a month;
- clean the filter cartridge approx. every 1500
hours of operation;
- check the oil level in the control unit (see the
lubrication and greasing diagram) (B, Fig. 16)
and top up with oil if necessary, API CIS 32 or
another equivalent type (this check must be
performed with the cylinders "closed"): it is
recommended to replace the oil in any case
after 1500 hours of operation or once a year.
