Solution: Replace the hose between the vacuum con­
nector of the prosthetic socket and the suction connector
of the prosthetic knee joint.
= The vacuum does not decrease within 20 seconds.
= The vacuum decreases within 20 seconds.

Problem: Valves or vacuum pump
Solution: Remove the valves of the 3R60 Vacuum;
clean or replace them. Connect the vacuum gauge to
the suction connector of the prosthetic knee joint.
Flex and extend the prosthetic knee joint until a vacu­
um of at least 300 mbar is reached. Check whether
the vacuum level is maintained.
Problem: Vacuum pump
Solution: Please contact the manufacturer's local
service representative and send in the defective pros­
thetic knee joint.
