Possible Cause
Low monitor battery power
(check LED)
Check whether the camera is
in night vision/infrared mode
The volumen setting of the
baby unit is too low
The camera is not turned on
Camera: the power adapter is
not plugged in
VOX mode or MD mode
are active
The volume setting of the
parent unit is too low
The sensitivity setting of the
baby unit is too low
There are mobile phones or
wireless phones too close to
the baby monitor
The AC/DC adapter is not
plugged in
A non-rechargeable battery
has been used
Solution
Plug in the power adapter
or charge the battery
To see images in colour,
increase the light level where
the camera is located
Set the volume to the highest
level
Press and hold down button
(II) for 2 seconds
Plug in the power adapter
To see the monitored area
continuously, disconnect the
VOX or MD mode on the
monitor
Set the volumen to the
highest level
Increase the sensitivity setting
in the baby unit
Move the phones away from
the device
Plug in the adapter
Only rechargeable batteries
can be used (3,7 V, 1200 mAh
Li-ion battery): check the
battery and if necessary
replace it with the one supplied
with the appliance
