5.3. Assembly steps

5.3.1. Filter

1. Mount the filter frame onto the frame of
Stage 1 using four bolts.
2. Place the filter F1 onto the frame.
3. Secure the filter F1 with the clamp.

4. Install the filter lines and secure them
with the clamps.
5. Connect the hose of the filter backflush
to the shut-off valve on the process
water line on Tank B1. (The seal is in
the accessories pack)
6. Align the tank B1 with the filter F1
three dimensionally. Minor floor
unevenness can be compensated for
with the feet.
7. The building's waste water pipe and
the grey water pipe can be connected
to the pipe of the AC2500.
Note!
Check that the gradient of the entire
waste water pipe is sufficient, and
readjust if necessary.
Warning!
Sewer gases are harmful!
The sewage connection must
be fitted with an odour trap in
order to prevent the ingress
of sewer gases. The
installation room must be
sufficiently aerated and
ventilated, and also frost-
proof.

5.3.2. Controller

Mount the controller with the wiring harness
onto the frame of Stage 1.
