検体の準備
ISO のリストに掲載されている希釈液のみを使用します。
培養
加工された豚肉製品および水産食品については、ペトリフィルムRCCプレートを 30ºC ± 1ºCで14時間 ± 30 分培
養します。
他のすべての食品については、ペトリフィルムRCCプレートを 35ºC ± 1ºCで14時間 ± 30 分培養します。
解説
ISO 7218
に従って、希釈毎の菌数を計算します。
