5 ALARM SIGNALS

In case of error, the LCD panel on the panel board (57) displays the error and its
numeric code.
Following are the possible errors displayed:
Err 30: Current circulation with inverter off. Detected if for 1 consecutive minute a
current I1 >= 5.0A is read and the inverter is not activated.
Err 40: Dangerous voltage (from control microswitch) If for 190 consecutive ms the
control microswitch reads a current lower than 10A and a voltage greater
than 250V.
Err 50: Torch protection device.
Err 51: Torch type unknown.
Err 53: START closed at power up or at rearming of power source.
Err 55: Electrode exhausted.
Err 67: Mains voltage does not meet specifications.
Err 73: Output diodes overtemperature.
Err 74: IGBT inverter overtemperature.
Err 78: Low pressure.
Err Vin 1: If for 3 consecutive ms a voltage lower than 16.0V is read at the output of
bridge D23 of the control board (48).
Err Vin 2: If for 3 consecutive ms a voltage lower than 12.0V is read by regulator U11
of the control board (48).
