5.1 Err 51: Torch type unknown

Correct torch inserted.

Check the connection to connector J6 of the
control board (48);
Make sure that the torch inserted in the torch
central adapter (61) is intact;
Make sure that the torch central adapter (61) is
intact;
replace the control board (48);

5.2 Err 55: Worn out electrode

Replaced electrode


Check the connection to connector J6 of the
control board (48);
Make sure that the torch inserted in the torch
central adapter (61) is intact;
Make sure that the torch central adapter (61) is
intact;
replace the control board (48);

5.3 Err 73: Output diodes overtemperature

Machine just powered up after an idle period with cold dissipaters (< = 30 °C).

Check the connection to connector J5 of the
control board (48);
Make sure that the sensor connection wire is
intact;
Make sure that the resistor value of the sensor is
approximately 4700 Ohm at 20°C
replace the control board (48);

5.4 Err 74: IGBT inverter overtemperature

Machine just powered up after an idle period with cold dissipaters (< = 30 °C).

