Check the connection to connector J3 of the
control board (48);
Make sure that the sensor connection wire is
intact;
Make sure that the resistor value of the sensor is
approximately 4700 Ohm at 20°C
replace the control board (48);

5.5 Err 78: Low pressure

presence of gas at the inlet fitting

Adjust the correct gas pressure as shown in the
Instruction Manual;
Make sure that the threaded part of the air fitting
(C) inserted in the pressure regulator (D) is no
more than 6 - 8 mm (1/4" - 5/16") long, to avoid
any possible malfunction of the pressure
regulator (D);
Make sure there are no occlusions in the gas
hoses of the Power Supply or the flow regulator
fitted on the solenoid valve fitting.
Make sure that the pressure regulator (D) is
working properly; replace if defective;
Check the connection to connector J1 of control
board (48);
Replace the pressure sensor (20);
Replace the control board (48);

5.6 Err 50: Torch protection device

presence of the protection device (62) of the torch central adapter (61)

Check connection J3 on the panel board (57);
Make sure that, with the protection device (62)
inserted in the terminals of the connector
coming from the reed (59) fitted on the back of
the front panel, the multimeter reads zero Ohm;
Replace the reed (59);
Replace the panel board (57);

Wait until the IGBT dissipater (42) cools
down.

Apply gas to fitting C and make sure that the
pressure and capacity in the intake conduit
meet specifications (see Instruction Manual).
