This function copies, onto a USB pen-drive, the 20 promotional messages currently programmed in the
machine. The file generated is named "PromoMessages.txt". Using a text editor (such as Notepad), you can
change the texts on a computer and then re-insert them in the machine using the next option.
4. Reading promotional message strings from a USB pen-drive:
This function performs the reverse operation of the one in the previous point by copying content (edited text
strings) from the file "PromoMessages.txt" in the USB pen-drive to the machine.
Note: The setting of most machine parameters (those related to each selection, prices, price lines, product
codes, etc.) depends on the mechanical configuration (layout) of the machine. This is why we introduced the
"configuration code" which is a code of 8 characters that uniquely identifies each machine or group of
machines with the same configuration. The configuration code combined with the model name of the machine
will form the name of the file that will store the programming parameters of the machine in output (cloning)
and input (reading data from the pen-drive). The "configuration code" is requested the first time you perform a
cloning or reading of data from the pen-drive and remains unchanged until it is expressly changed by the
operator.

It is a good idea to proceed as follows for each new machine (or new configuration):
G
1. change the mechanical configuration as needed
L
2. execute command 50 to store the configuration of the selections
I
3. perform an extended cloning (second programming level), while programming the "configuration
S
code" at the same time.
H
4. import the file thus obtained in the VMC Configurator live.
5. make all the desired changes/settings to the machine parameters, and save the file.
6. Export the file to the pen-drive
7. Reprogram the machine using the pen-drive.
8. All subsequent changes to the machine parameters should start from the configurator or, if
performed in the field, should be recorded on the configurator.
If the machines are managed in groups with the same configuration then, for every new machine belonging to
a group whose programming has already been stored, simply perform step 7.
Audit of pen-drive - Pick sales data:
This function allows you to transfer the EVA-DTS file data to a "USB pen-drive". Pressing B will begin writing
the file in the pen-drive with a bar showing the progress of the procedure. Wait until you see the message
"end writing" before removing the pen-drive.
The file generated in the USB stock has the name: "AUDIT_FASTER_140919153228.DAT" (the numbers are
in the order of year/month/day/hour/minutes/seconds corresponding to the clock of the machine).
Software Update - Update board firmware
Selecting the item software update accesses the related multiple-choice sub-menu:
1. Update current VMC
2. Upload new VMC model
3. Upgrade Power Board (also valid for the slave)
4. Update display
Before executing the command, insert the pen-drive in the USB socket of the board to be updated.
1. Uploads the updated software for the same machine model (such as Faster with Faster or Winning
with Winning). When finished, the machine will reboot. ATTENTION the pen-drive may contain
several programming files for different machine models. There cannot be more than one file for the
same model of machine.
2. Uploads the software for a different machine model (such as Faster on Winning or vice versa).
ATTENTION in the USB pen-drive, there must only be the file to upload.
3. Before you type 3, remove the withdrawal pocket, insert the USB pen-drive into the port provided on
the front of the electrical panel. When finished, the machine will reboot.
4. In this case the pen-drive must be inserted in the port on the Main board.
Command 85 Display of checksum and main and power board software version.
Command 88 Enabling product heating on the WAVE MODULE (if present):
