ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
4. Secure the mounting bracket (E) to the outlet box
using screws, spring washers, and flat washers
provided with the outlet box (not included).

Note: It is very important that you use the proper
hardware when installing the mounting bracket
(E) as this will support the fan.
5. Remove the motor screws (AA) from the top of the
motor assembly (F) and save them for reattachment
later.

Note: If there are plastic motor blocks installed with
the motor screws (AA), discard the plastic mo-
tor blocks but keep the screws.

6. Depending on the length of the downrod (A) you
use, you may need to cut the lead wires back to
simplify the wiring. If you decide to cut back the lead
wires, it is suggested that you do so in the following
manner: Pull the lead wires completely through the
top of the downrod (A) on the motor assembly (F).
Measure 8 in. of lead wire and cut off the excess
wire with wire cutters.
