INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
BEFORE USE:
- Make sure that all the product's packaging has
been removed.
- Before using the product for the first time, clean
the parts that will come into contact with food in
the manner described in the cleaning section.
- 12h before using appliance introduce inner bowl
(F) in the freezer.
- Prepare the ice cream or sorbet mixture into a
bowl and let cool in the fridge.
- CAUTION: Once inner bowl (F) is frozen, do not
touch the inside of frozen bowl with wet or damp
hands, as your fingers may stick to the metal. It
is important to hold the bowl with a dry cloth.
USE:
- Unroll the cable completely before plugging it in.
- Connect the appliance to the mains.
- Insert body motor on the lid's cavity pressing
firmly until fit.
- Insert the shaft (D) into motor hole and fit
spatula.
- Insert inner bowl (F) into outer bowl (G)
- Place the lid on the inner bowl, fit the slots and
turn anticlockwise to close.
- Turn the appliance on, by using the on/off
switch.
- Introduce food through lid hole while appliance
working.
- Leave beat the mixture until it reaches the desi-
red consistency. This can take 20-40 minutes.
ONCE YOU HAVE FINISHED USING THE
APPLIANCE:
- Turn the appliance off, using the on/off switch.
- Unplug the appliance from the mains.
- Clean the appliance.
SAFETY THERMAL PROTECTOR:
- The appliance has a safety device, which pro-
tects the appliance from overheating.
- If the appliance turns itself off and does not
switch itself on again, disconnect it from the
mains supply, and wait for approximately 15
minutes before reconnecting. If the machine
does not start again seek authorised technical
assistance.
CLEANING
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains and
allow it to cool before undertaking any cleaning
task.
