4.5.2 VERIFICATION OF THE DOSE

The product dosing factor can be verified and, if required, corrected, performing a distribution test of a certain amount defined by
the user.
The procedure consists in:
1) Place the collection tray under the doser; the door for unloading the product can be opened in two ways:
If the opening is managed electronically, the operation is automatic without involving the operator
If the opening is manual, the operator must open the door manually (or remove the curve, depending on the type
of seed drill purchased)
2) Press key "CONFIGURATION

3) Enter the amount of product to be distributed to perform the test (Fig 46)
4) Start the procedure pressing ENTER and collect the distributed amount inside a
container;
5) The motor stops independently when it reaches the set amount. Weigh the product and
manually enter the net value of the weight if it differs from that expected.
6) Press INVIO [ENTER] twice to confirm the entered value. The data resulting from the
test will be shown on the display (Fig. 47):
