8.2 FACTORY CONFIGURATION

CONFIGURATION
This screen allows setting the factory settings described below (Fig. 72).
To modify the parameters:
1)
set the parameter required using arrows
2)
Press OK to modify the parameter;
3)
Use arrows
4)
Press OK to save the parameter or ESC to cancel the operation;
8.2.1 INSTRUMENT
CONFIGURATION
This screen allows setting the following parameters (Fig. 73):
"Fan": is the calibration factor of the fan drive, indicated as PPR. If the value is set as
0.0, both the fan drive alarms and its speed indication are disabled.
TL Advancement: is the number of seconds where the tramline advancement sensor
must be closed before the system increases the counter;
TL Debouncing: is the number of seconds where the tramline advancement sensor
must be open before the system accepts a different status;
Level 1: enables or disables sensor 1
Level 2: enables or disables sensor 2
Calibration: two different modes can be set
"Auto": the monitor automatically activates the linear actuator to open the
seeding door when the seeding test button is activated;
"Man": the monitor does not manage the seeding door;
Calibration time: is the number of seconds (during the seeding test phase) over which
the monitor triggers the open seeding test door alarm

8.2.2 MODULO MOTORE [MOTOR MODULE]

CONFIGURATION
This screen allows setting the following parameters (Fig. 73):
"Gear box Ratio": is the gearbox reduction ratio
"PPR Encoder": is the number of impulses of the motor encoder per every seed motor
shaft rotation
"Max Current": maximum current that can be provided by the motor module before the
relative alarm is triggered
"Max Speed": maximum speed of the seeding motor; it is used to calculate the
maximum seeding speed and relative alarm triggered when the maximum seeding
speed is exceeded;
"Max Temp": maximum temperature of the motor module before activating the relative
alarm;
"PPR shaft": number of impulses per rev deriving from the seeding shaft sensor.
When this value is set to zero, the relative alarm is deactivated.
