USE AND MAINTENANCE
MCM MODULE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE ALARM
Indicates that the management module of the motor has
reached the maximum temperature.
MAXIMUM ELECTRIC LOAD ALARM
This alarm is shown when the maximum current provided
by the MCM control unit has been exceeded
SEEDING MOTORS
PEED
Indicates that the gear motor does not reach the rotation
speed necessary to distribute the amount required.
DISTRIBUTOR SHAFT ROTATION ALARM
Indicates that the motor is rotating but the doser rotation
sensor is not receiving impulses.
MOTOR ENCODER ALARM
Indicates that the motor does not detect rotation impulses
FAN DRIVE LOW S
ALARM
PEED
This alarm is triggered when the fan drive speed is lower
than the minimum limit value set.
This alarm is enabled only during the machine work
phase.
FAN DRIVE HIGH S
ALARM
PEED
This alarm is triggered when the fan drive speed is higher
than the maximum limit value set.
This alarm is enabled only during the machine work
phase.
LEVEL 1 SENSOR ALARM
This alarm is triggered when level 1 sensor (placed in the
hopper) does not detect the product.
The alarm is enabled after one of the following events:
After 60 seconds from the previous alarm
advancement speed lower than 0.5 Km/h
once the seed drill has stopped and started
working again
LEVEL 2 SENSOR ALARM
This alarm is triggered when level 2 sensor (placed in the
hopper) does not detect the product.
The alarm is enabled after one of the following events:
After 60 seconds from the previous alarm
advancement speed lower than 0.5 Km/h
once the seed drill has stopped and started working again
Switch off the system and open the
main electric panel to make air circulate.
