1) Turn the stopcock to ON, check that it is
correctly installed.

2) Close the air lever.
NOTE:
Do not use the air lever when the engine is
hot or if the ambient temperature is high.
3) Set the power switch to "ON".

4) Move the throttle lever slightly to the left.

5) Slightly pull the starter lever until you feel
resistance and then quickly pull hard.
CAUTION: Take care that the starter lever does
not strike back against the engine. Put it slowly in
its original position to avoid damaging the boot.

6) As the engine warms up, gradually
open the air handle.
Manual start:
(For diesel engines)
• Open the fuel switch.
• Place the engine speed lever in the starting
position.
• Lock the emergency stop lever.
• Hold the recoil starter grip.
• Slowly pull the starter lever until you feel
resistance, then release
slowly.
• Push the reducing valve down to the position
without pressure. It will return automatically on
its own after the engine starts.
• Starting: hold the starter handle with both
hands, pull the rope lightly
until you feel the resistance, then pull the rope all
the way with speed and strength.
• If it is difficult to start the engine when it is cold,
you can remove the refueling screw from the
cylinder cover and refill 2 ml of oil before starting.
Tighten the refill screw on the cylinder cover,
except the oil filling to prevent rain and dust from
entering the engine and wear it or damage it.
