Position the lamination ring.
Remember to heed the "posterior" and
"anterior" positions!
Note:
The lamination ring has three grooves into
which the cable can be put when taking off
the perlon stockinette. Place the cable for
the first perlon stockinette into groove 1. To
take off further layers of the perlon stocki-
nette, place the cables into the groove 2
and groove 3 respectively.
Cut off the perlon stockinette at the point
where it is twice as long as the socket. Fold
the inside of the perlon stockinette outward,
pull it over the socket and roll it inward.
