Pull out the cable slightly.
Unscrew the two elbow joint attachment
screws.
Pull out the band.
Carefully pull elbow joint off the forearm.
Screw the elbow joint completely into the
humeral section.

Removing the AFB

Unscrew the two attachment screws in the
forearm.
