After you have finished using your appliance
1) Switch off the appliance using the dial r.
2) Turn the continuous shredder 8 anticlockwise and remove it.
3) Disassemble the continuous shredder 8 and clean all parts as shown in
the section "Cleaning and care".

Remove the drive shaft q together with
the pre-fitted disc by grasping the two
fixing pins of the drive shaft q and pulling
them upwards.
Refit the drive shaft q.
Depending on the task you want to per-
form, fit the slicing w, shredding 0 or
grating disc 9 onto the drive shaft q of
the continuous shredder 8. Make sure
that the disc is not at an angle and is cor-
rectly seated.
Place the lid with the pusher e onto the
continuous shredder 8 (so that the
marking on the lid e is lined up with the
marking on the continuous shredder 8)
Lock the lid (move
